We are looking for a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager (SSPM) to manage a portfolio of private philanthropic donors (both high net worth individuals and charitable foundations), and to oversee the strategic movement of donor prospects through a prospect pipeline, in order to secure new funding. The SSPM will identify new opportunities, undertake and delegate research, develop quality proposals, coordinate fundraising initiatives, negotiate agreements and ensure timely and accurate reporting and exceptional stewardship.

The advisor will provide tailored support to build understanding of safeguarding and protection from sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment risks, co-create relevant policies, establish risk registers, and deliver training.

This is a long-term consultancy designed to grow and evolve with our partners. We are not seeking a “tick-box” approach or generic policy templates, but rather a thoughtful, context-specific and trauma-informed collaboration that builds meaningful safeguarding capacity from the ground up.

We are seeking a Safeguarding Manager to build internal capacity and embed strong, inclusive safeguarding practices throughout our work. The successful candidate will coordinate a network of safeguarding focal points and champions across teams and geographies, helping ensure safeguarding is an active, everyday part of our organizational culture.
