Global Modern Slavery Directory launches new features

Article
October 22, 2015

With the Global Modern Slavery Directory now a year old, Polaris yesterday announced the launch of a new, stronger version of the Directory, with an expanded roster of organisations and major improvements to make it easier to find service providers around the world.

The GMSD now includes details of 1,200 organisations fighting modern slavery, operating in 145 countries. It is an increasingly important tool to connect victims with service providers, donors and researchers with frontline organisations, and passionate activists with one another.

The Freedom Fund is proud to be partnering with Polaris and the Global Fund to End Slavery to support the Directory as part of our efforts to strengthen the infrastructure of the global anti-slavery movement.
