This work will cover 15 pre-existing community groups in Lahan Municipality Wards, Dhangadi rural municipality ward and Sukhipurrural municipality. Aimed at reactivating and mobilising 15 Harawa-Charawa community groups in Siraha, through:

• Providing orientation of how to manage a savings and credit group.
• Providing leadership training to all savings and credit groups (consultant will be hired to lead trainings)
• Providing account keeping training (consultant will be hired to lead trainings)
• Conducting regular follow up to savings and credit groups and strengthen fundraising systems
