This grant will enable EDA to play a catalytic role in linking different actors to bring behavioral changes for the promotion of safer migration in Amhara. The three key outcomes of the project are as follows:

  1. Target girls, women and the communities will have enhanced understanding and knowledge on safer migration that enable them to respond positively against unsafe migration.
  2. Improve the economic livelihoods and income of returnees and domestic workers through life skills, IGA and vocational schemes
  3. Strengthen Community Care Coalition units, and key service providers for sustainable empowerment and services for target girls and women.
