Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI)
The Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) is a leading alliance of companies, trade unions and NGOs that promotes respect for workers’ rights around the globe. In its work in with the Freedom Fund in Tamil Nadu, ETI aims to scale up a worker peer group program, which is an effort to establish mechanisms for workers to champion improved conditions within factories and mills.
