The Mission for Community Development Program will focus on the prevention of unsafe migration of young women and girls to the Middle East in Addis Ketema, with a particular focus on women and girls who are currently in domestic work and accessing them through night schools.

MCDP’s interventions will focus on:

  • Increased income amongst the poorest households in target areas.
  • Improving the knowledge and practice of migration amongst women and girls.
  • Strengthening collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and networking to end risky migration.
  • Improved services and support for returnees.
