The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center (NURFC) operates a critical resource for the contemporary anti-slavery movement: End Slavery Now (ESN). The ESN website aims to educate the public about slavery, and then serve them by providing genuine answers to their question, “So, what can I do?” ESN includes a series of tools and features for the public, including survivor stories, abolitionist stories, an Anti-slavery Directory of Organisations, a blog and carefully curated real-time calls to action. The Freedom Fund grant will help ESN to develop its resources for activists and members of the general public who are looking to get more involved in the fight against slavery.
