Rural Organisation for Social Advancement (ROSA)
The Rural Organisation for Social Advancement (ROSA) is a civil society organisation currently working to empower marginalised communities in Uttar Pradesh. In its work with the Freedom Fund, ROSA seeks to reduce the prevalence of bonded labour and exploitation of communities working in brick kilns across 20 communities.
