The goal of SathSath’s 2019-2020 project is to reduce the number of boys and young men who are victims of commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC). SathSath will:

• Conduct awareness raising activities in schools and at the community level
• Publish and disseminate the story of a male survivor of CSEC
• Produce a visual explaining the issue of CSEC to be shared across social media.
• Hold a consultation workshop for stakeholders, including representatives from the Police and Local Government to improve law and policy making processes
• Run physical and online outreach, including physical and virtual drop-in centres.
• Boys and young men will be offered education support, health services, life skills training, vocational training and entrepreneurship support depending on their needs.
• Offer emergency support to those who face crisis situations.

In their 2018 project, SathSath will continue to raise awareness on and promote prevention of and response to commercial sexual exploitation of boys. It will increase its outreach to children vulnerable to CSE, as well as critical services, education support and skills training.

The goal of SathSath’s 2016-2017 project is to provide children, specifically boys, engaged in commercial sexual exploitation (CSEC) opportunities to exit situations of exploitation and begin building a better life. To achieve this end, SathSath will provide a variety of services to improve lives of young boys in CSEC and will organise advocacy and awareness activities.

SathSath will assist children, especially boys, to move out from commercial sexual exploitation, through establishing an accessible and visible place to seek comprehensive support.
